Youll balance strong customer relationships with commercial awareness confidently managing expectations, having challenging conversations when needed, and ensuring projects run profitably without compromising service.What youll be doing:Managing client accounts from enquiry through to event completionPreparing quotations, schedules, and event documentationCoordinating logistics, vehicles, crew, and equipmentBeing available during events (including some evenings/weekends)Working closely with internal teams to keep operations on trackResolving issues quickly, always keeping service levels highWhat were looking for:Previous experience and knowledge gained in event management, trade shows or similarExperience managing complex client relationships at a senior levelKnowledge of event logistics (vehicles, routing, crew management)Calm under pressure, highly organised, able to multitaskProficient in MS Office (Excel essential); knowledge of warehouse/ordering systems usefulFull UK driving licenceFlexibility to support out of hours / weekend requirements as necessaryThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, ambitious business with a great culture and opportunities for progression.MVP Recruitment Solutions has been placing Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution professionals for over 40 years.
