Senior Account Manager (Influencer Marketing)

The role and company


We are collaborating with a fast growing, globally connected social media agency partnering with leading brands across consumer goods, fashion, beauty and technology. Their campaigns combine strategic thinking, creative ideas and cultural insight, delivered by a collaborative team spanning accounts, creative, design and production.


They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team and take the lead on one of their most important client relationships. This role sits at the heart of the agency, connecting teams and clients, and giving the chance to drive the delivery of standout social and influencer campaigns from initial idea through to final execution.


Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a key client account, building strong relationships and acting as the main point of contact
  • Respond to client briefs by bringing together internal teams to create creative, insight led campaign ideas
  • Write clear proposals and present ideas confidently to clients
  • Manage influencer and social campaigns end to end, including briefing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding and reporting
  • Oversee multiple campaigns at once, keeping everything on track and maintaining a high standard throughout
  • Keep clients regularly updated with clear communication, insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts through proactive thinking and new ideas
  • Support on new business pitches and contribute to agency growth
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping them develop and grow


Requirements

  • Around 3 to 5 years experience in an agency or client facing role, ideally working with well known brands
  • A genuine interest in influencer marketing and the social media space
  • Confidence presenting to clients and experience in growing accounts
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • A calm, solutions focused approach when working under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
