The Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on Senior Account Executive role – perfect for someone with 1-2 years agency experience looking to take the next step. No two days are the same: you will work alongside senior staff, manage client campaigns, manage projects and support across research, strategy, creative, and production.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team reporting directly to the Business Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes, grow into account management, and contribute to high-profile campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior account team members across multiple client campaigns
• Project manage smaller initiatives, keeping timelines, resources, and deliverables on track
• Handle day-to-day admin, client communication, and coordination
• Work on campaigns for HUGE global brands
• Use all the main global agency tools to track and deliver projects efficiently
• Learn financial basics gradually
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and support creative development

• 1-2 years’ experience in an agency environment
