Job Summary
This is a key Senior Account Executive hire, brought in to take real ownership of the Mid‑Market / Enterprise segment within a high‑growth FinTech environment. Selling a differentiated payments + AI platform into £3m+ revenue businesses, with deal sizes of £15k–£100k+. Full‑cycle role within a high‑performing, scaling team – working closely with founders to build and own this segment. This is an opportunity to have genuine impact: defining how the company wins and expands in the Mid‑Market / Enterprise space while building a repeatable, scalable motion. The team is tight‑knit, ambitious, and highly driven, operating from a central London office in Victoria. The environment is fast‑paced, collaborative, and geared toward high performance.
Requirements
3‑5+ years in B2B SaaS or FinTech sales (AE, SDR) University degree from a top‑100 university (preferred) Proven success selling into Mid‑Market / Enterprise accounts (£3m+ revenue organisations) Track record of closing deals in the £15k–£100k+ range Experience managing full sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex buying processes Comfortable operating in a high‑growth, fast‑paced startup environment Experience in payments, finance, or adjacent SaaS categories is highly advantageous Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to take ownership of a key growth segment
