What You’ll Do: Shape strategies that put patients’ needs and experiences first. Collaborate across diverse accounts and therapy areas to deliver meaningful, patient-centric campaigns spanning print, digital, events, and omnichannel marketing. Support on projects from start to finish - managing timelines, budgets, creative reviews, and fostering strong client relationships focused on improving patient care. Support senior team members in day-to-day account management. Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within healthcare communications Possesses strong communication skills and rapport-building with clients. Works independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure. Demonstrates curiosity and inquisitiveness. Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines. Collaborative team player who works seamlessly with planning, creative, and production teams. Familiarity with ABPI regulations.
