Headquartered in Chicago and founded in 2001 with a focus on representing brands in sport, we provide our clients with a full-service marketing approach, including sponsorship consulting and activation, media planning and buying, creative production and design, experiential marketing, hospitality, public relations, social media, data & insights.Our European business, based in London, is in a rapid phase of growth and we are now conducting a search to identify an outstanding individual to lead on newly acquired and existing client accounts, with a focus on sponsorship activation of global sports properties across F1, football and golf.As a Senior Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful development, planning and execution of sponsorship activation programmes for brand clients who are significant investors in global sponsorships (F1, football, golf and others).Reporting to the VP, Head of Integrated Client Services, you will be a leader within the Account Management group, responsible for developing and directing multi-discipline teams in the management of our client programmes at all levels; ensuring the development of outstanding work product (client advisory, creative, broad execution); and acting as a key lever to unlock future growth with clients through the development of outstanding relationships.You WillBe responsible for building, maintaining and expanding client relationships to facilitate delivery of integrated services and drive agency growth.Act as a partner to your clients, becoming their 'go-to' as they navigate the complex world of sponsorship marketing.Manage a skilled account team and act as a facilitator for personal progression.Integrate and direct internal agency service resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery of programme initiatives across creative strategy, content, hospitality, communications, experiential, measurement and consulting.Lead on partnership management responsibilities for our clients - planning activation programmes, rights utilisation, liaison with rights holders, ensuring value is achieved for our clients.Proactively identify and bring to fruition world class sponsorship activation concepts in partnership with strategic and creative team members.Oversee all client-related financial and administrative duties, maintain programme financials, contract administration, client onboarding, invoicing and PO creation, and budget forecasting.Represent rEvolution and your clients at relevant sports events globally, either in a delivery or client relationship capacity.You HaveSignificant client management experience at a prominent sponsorship agencyRecent professional experience from the world of F1 (strongly preferred), football or golfStrong proficiency in sponsorship rights and partnership managementUnderstanding and appreciation for the creative process and impact of creative through the lens of sports sponsorshipsThe ability to travel as necessary to align with client programming and planning meetings offsiteProven experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communicationsOur Benefits IncludeHybrid working, with office days at our new Soho office25 days holidays per year plus national bank holidaysHealthcare/Dental/Vision planCompany pension schemePaid Maternity and Paternity Leave coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
