We’re looking to recruit an experienced BD Director and Senior Account Director to join a leading creative agency on a 12 month fixed term contract. The agency has a strong legacy of creating award winning campaigns for clients in the entertainment industry. It is essential that candidates have proven experience in client servicing and organic business growth, working with clients in this sector.

About the Role:

The focus will be to help deliver the agency’s business goals, handling client management and ensuring top tier service across all projects and relationships. It is a pivotal role in maintaining business momentum, supporting the team and helping to drive the agency’s growth and creative output.

Responsibilities range from client servicing and business development, operations and leadership to team/talent development and creative development. You’ll play an essential role in guiding and supporting the team, maintaining client relationships, and helping to drive business forward - with the full support of the Managing Partner and Group leadership team.

Skills/experience required:

• Senior level experience in a creative agency or entertainment marketing environment
• Strategic & commercial acumen, with strong creative sensibility
• Collaborative leadership style, high EQ and a pro-active, solutions focused approach
• Able to balance big picture strategy with hands on delivery
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for film, entertainment
