Senior 3D Visualiser – Workplace Office Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Create high-quality images for interior workplace fit-out projects.
• Develop captivating 3D animations
• Craft immersive 360-degree images
• Deliver top-notch visuals within tight deadlines
• Translate CAD/Revit drawings into intricate 3D models
• Understanding/experience in the Design & Build industry is a plus
• Familiarity with architectural/interior design processes, with a preference for office interiors
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on colour, lighting, composition, and design
• Proactive, organized, and adept at managing time to meet project deadlines
• VR experience is advantageous but not essential

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Hold a degree in related field.
• Must have minimum 5 years experience.
• Possess a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona is a must.
• Expertise in Photoshop for post-production enhancement.
• Knowledge of importing Revit/SKP models into 3DS Max.
• Ability to create 3D models from drawings.
• Familiarity with plugins such as Forestpack.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
