About the Role We are seeking caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in both mainstream and specialist primary schools across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs, whether your experience comes from a professional setting, personal background, or work in care. If you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care-or another relevant, transferable qualification-this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child's educational journey.
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting children with SEND, either professionally or personally
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or a similar relevant field
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
Key Requirements
Previous experience working with pupils with SEND (professional or personal experience considered)
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Level 2 English (spoken and written)
Fluent in English
Right to work in the UK (please note, visa sponsorship is not available)
