The Role – SEND Teaching Assistant

* Support students with SEND on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

* You will have an interest in working with young people who may have ASC, ADHD, challenging behaviour and mental health profiles

* Assist with the delivery of tailored interventions and learning support

* Work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to implement support plans

* Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

* Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
