Desian Education is proud to be working in partnership with a Wirral primary school to recruit a compassionateand dedicated SEND EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their specialist EYFS SEND Hub. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners with additional needs, helping them thrive at the earliest stages of their educational journey. This is a full-time role supporting Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm. About the Role You will be working within a purpose-built EYFS SEND hub, supporting children with a range of special educational needs including ASD, communication difficulties, and developmental delay. Your role will include: Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support Implementing individual learning and behaviour plans Promoting communication, language development, and play Supporting with personal care where required Collaborating with the class teacher, SENDCo, and wider team Creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment About You We are looking for someone who is: Patient, caring, and resilient Experienced (or confident) in supporting children with SEND, particularly in EYFS Knowledgeable about early years development and EYFS curriculum A team player with excellent communication skills Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil well-being Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable, and experience working with children with SEND is essential. xehkeey Why Join Desian Education?
