The Role - SEND Teaching Assistant

Seeking a committed and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 14-19 within a KS4 and KS5 alternative provision setting. You will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access lessons and remain engaged with their learning. The role involves supporting pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges and additional learning needs, encouraging positive behaviour, emotional regulation and independence while contributing to a safe and structured learning environment.
