Horizon Teachers is working closely with a welcoming Primary school in Croydon, who are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025, for the full academic year, to support a pupil with Autism and Challenging Behaviour.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where your SEND experience and understanding of Autism will be highly valued and supported.

The Role: Support a pupil on a 1:1 basis, both in the classroom and during lunch breaks. Support the pupil academically and socially, providing consistent emotional support. Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure pupils receive the individualised care they need to thrive.
