SEND Teaching Assistant - Blackpool Area

Location: BlackpoolHours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)Pay: £106 per day

We are looking for dedicated SEND / Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join schools across the Blackpool area. This rewarding, full-time, term-time role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to reach their full potential.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including complex needs
• Assist with personal care where required
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Support teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to implement learning activities

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Term-time only

Pay:

• £106 per day

About You:

• Experience in support work, care work, or a similar role is highly desirable
• Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs is valued
• Comfortable providing personal care when needed
• Patient, xbpsjku compassionate, and resilient
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
