What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting pupils with complex physical, medical, and learning needs in a classroom or 1:1 setting. Assisting with personal care, feeding, and mobility (training provided). Engaging pupils in sensory-based and therapeutic activities. Using alternative communication methods such as Makaton, PECS, or AAC. Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people with PMLD, complex needs, or disabilities. A calm, caring, and flexible approach to support. Willingness to assist with personal care and medical routines. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
