SEND Teaching Assistant (Unqualified)

Norwich| £106 per day | Term Time Only | 8:30am - 3:30pm

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in schools across the Norwich area. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in care or support settings and is confident providing personal care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND
• Supporting students with complex needs in a classroom environment
• Assisting with personal care when required
• Encouraging independence, engagement, and positive behaviour
• Working closely with teaching staff to support learning outcomes

The Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Term time only
• £106 daily rate

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs
• Has experience in care work, support work, or a similar setting
• Is comfortable with personal care responsibilities
• Is patient, resilient, and adaptable
• Wants to make a genuine difference in children's lives
• Holds a UK driving license and access to own vehicle
