We are a specialist education recruitment agency, partnering with SEND schools to connect dedicated, compassionate individuals with roles where they can truly thrive. We are currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a new and inspiring specialist provision in Rotherham, supporting pupils across KS2–KS4 with SEMH needs and EHCPs.

Salary: £95–£110 per day (dependent on experience)
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire (S25)
Contract: Full-time (flexibility available for the right candidate)
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

About the Role

You will:
• Support students with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated and supportive staff team
• Contribute to both academic progress and personal development

✅ Requirements

* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Safeguarding Children Level 1 (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a school, care, or support-based setting is advantageous
