About the Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant working on a supply basis, you will play a key role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs across specialist schools and mainstream secondary.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: * Providing 1:1 or small-group support to students with diverse SEND needs. * Assisting with differentiated and personalised learning strategies. * Helping to maintain an inclusive, safe and supportive environment. * Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being. * Working collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers and support teams.

Assignments can vary from single-day bookings to longer-term placements, giving you the flexibility and variety many educators love.
