Aspire People are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS and KS2 in a nurturing primary school environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusion and helping children with SEND, SEMH, or learning difficulties thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND
* Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, or social and emotional needs
* Assisting with personal care and sensory-based activities where required
* Supporting classroom activities and delivering interventions
* Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate:
* Recent experience supporting SEND pupils in a school or educational setting
* Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual pupil needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
