SEND Teacher - Independent Specialist School (11-16)Salary: £32,700 - £43,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus!Location: Scunthorpe Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching that transforms the lives of young people with complex needs? Do you thrive in a supportive, trauma-informed environment where your teaching really makes a difference? Our client, is an independent SEMH specialist school for students aged 11-16, many of whom have EHCPs and diagnoses such as ADHD or ASD. The school provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young people who have struggled in mainstream education or are at risk of exclusion.What You'll Do
