The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team. You will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs. Use a range of innovative teaching strategies to support students with diverse learning abilities. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to EHCP reviews. Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching students with SEND, preferably in a special school or inclusive setting. Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and the SEND Code of Practice. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching.What We Offer:
