Pay Rate: £89 - £98 per day (based on experience)

Five Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a SEND Support Assistant. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across a range of age groups in school settings. You would need to be able to support children with a range of special educational needs, including learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), sensory, speech and language impairments and behavioural difficulties. The role involves helping the children to meet their individual learning targets and stay "on task" throughout the school day. You do not need knowledge of the curriculum, but you will need to be an excellent motivator.
You do not need prior experience, as we provide on-the-job training and ongoing tailored support. Whether you're new to education or looking to apply your transferable skills from another sector, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
