Role Overview
Support teachers in delivering a tailored curriculum. Collaborate with teaching staff to assist in lesson planning and resource management. Supervise whole classes during teachers' short-term absences (maximum of eight learners per class). Work alongside the leadership team to help achieve the desired outcomes for learners. Assist in implementing policies and processes to maintain a secure learning environment.Requirements
Experience working with SEN students, including those with complex learning difficulties. Proven ability to manage and support students with challenging behaviours.
