SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant – EYFS

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work full-time (8:30am–3:30pm) from Monday 12th January in a mainstream primary school in Anerley.

The role is based in EYFS, supporting two children on a 1:1 basis (one in the morning and one in the afternoon).

One child has autism and the other child has Down’s syndrome and is at an early stage of development.

This role requires someone who is patient, nurturing, and confident supporting complex needs, including personal care.

Requirements:

* Proven experience supporting children with SEND, ideally autism and/or Down’s syndrome

* Experience in EYFS

* Comfortable with personal care

* Reliable and able to commit full-time, long-term

* Calm, caring, and proactive approach
