Are you a passionate educator who believes every child deserves the chance to succeed? We're looking for a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutor to provide personalised 1-to-1 home tuition for students in Ashford.

This role is perfect for teachers, teaching assistants, psychology graduates, or experienced tutors who want to support learners with additional needs and help them build confidence, skills, and independence.

Your Role

As an SEN Tutor, you will:

Deliver engaging 1-to-1 lessons in the student's home
Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs
Support students with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, or learning difficulties
Build trust, confidence, and motivation in learners
Create personalised lesson plans and track progress
Communicate with parents/guardians about development and achievements

ā€ Who We're Looking For

We welcome applicants who are:

Experienced teachers, tutors, or teaching assistants
Psychology or education graduates interested in SEN
Patient, empathetic, and creative in their teaching xbpsjku approach
Confident delivering English, Maths, or core subjects
Comfortable working 1-to-1 in a home environment

Experience with SEN or behavioural support is highly desirable.
