No formal teaching qualifications are required, just a genuine enthusiasm for supporting learners in their education journey.

Responsibilities:

Performing all assessments based on RARPA 1:1 and group support of mainstream students and students with additional learning needs Supporting teachers/lecturers to ensure an inclusive learning environment for SEN students Safeguarding of vulnerable learners

Requirements:

Qualification in SEN Experience working with SEN children or young adults Knowledge of additional learning needs Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain.
