How Youll Make a Difference Deliver tailored lessons designed around individual learning needs
Support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional needs
Establish consistent routines and structured sessions
Provide tuition in home or community-based settings
Encourage positive engagement and measurable progress
What Were Looking For Experience in SEN/SEND, education, mentoring, or youth work
Ability to teach at primary and/or secondary level
Based in Gillingham with local travel availability
Calm, nurturing, and reliable professionals
Strong safeguarding and child protection awareness xehkeey
