Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?We're looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join inclusive and welcoming schools in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group SEN support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individual education plans (IEPs). Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment. Support pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional development. Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities. What We're Looking For:
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience working with children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties is highly desirable. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential. Benefits:
