Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs and helping them reach their full potential?A specialist SEN school in Rugby is looking for dedicated, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join both their Primary and Secondary sites.

Autism (ASC)
Moderate to severe learning difficulties
Physical and sensory needs
Speech, language & communication needs
Social, emotional and mental health needs

About the role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
Assist with personalised learning plans
Promote independence, emotional regulation and positive engagement
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
Assist with personal care where appropriate

What we were looking for
Proven experience in care, support work, education, SEN or behaviour support
Confidence supporting pupils with a range of complex needs
Comfortable delivering personal care as part of daily routines
Patient, resilient and calm under pressure
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
A genuine passion for helping young people progress
