Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant, High Wycombe
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with profound and complex needs Assist with personal care where required Support communication using tools such as PECS, Makaton, or visual aids Help implement individual education and care plans (EHCPs) Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate - SEN Teaching Assistant, High Wycombe
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred) Understanding of profound and complex needs (e.g. PMLD, ASD, physical disabilities) Patient, caring, and empathetic nature Comfortable supporting personal care needs Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, proactive, and adaptable approachPerks and Benefits
