SEN Teaching Assistant - Northampton\n Location: Northampton and surrounding areas\n Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term & Short-term roles (via Tradewind Recruitment)\n Start Date: Flexible\n Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience\n\nTradewind Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of SEN schools and specialist provisions in Northampton. These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and who are looking to make a meaningful difference within education.\n\nThe settings supported by Tradewind cater for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and a wide variety of needs. These may include Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

Some roles may involve 1:1 support, while others will focus on small group or whole-class assistance, depending on student needs and the setting.\n\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both academically and pastorally.
