The Role:
As a Behaviour and Inclusion Support Specialist, you’ll work across Key Stages 3 to 5, supporting students who present challenging behaviour or need additional emotional and academic support. You’ll be instrumental in creating strategies that promote positive behaviour, resilience, and access to learning.
Requirements
• Experience supporting students with behavioural needs or in an inclusion role
• Calm, patient, and able to de-escalate challenging situations
• Passionate about making education accessible for all
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
