We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Caerphilly. This role will involve mentoring, supporting, and inspiring learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) that are aged 11 - 17. Both in a 1-1 or small group capacity.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the development of student's academic and personal growth. You will assist in preparing learning materials, contribute to the delivery of learning objectives, and maintain a strong focus on behavioural management. You will also interact with parents/caregivers and provide daily reports on learner's progress and barriers to learning.
