SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role

Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, sensory processing difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and learning delays. Support pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, assist with behaviour strategies, and help pupils access the curriculum. Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure consistent progress and wellbeing.
