The Role
- Support students with complex and diverse learning needs
- Help deliver a personalised, meaningful curriculum
- Promote communication, independence and confidence
- Encourage emotional resilience and positive behaviour
- Work with teachers, therapists and multidisciplinary teams
- Support with personal care and physical interventions where needed
