About you - SEN Teaching Assistant - Northampton, Northamptonshire

Experience supporting children with special educational needs is desirable

Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with pupils

Able to support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups

Confident in adapting support to meet individual learning needs

A team player who works well with teachers and support staff

Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
