Reeson Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Ealing to recruit experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for full-time positions starting in September 2025.

These schools are looking for confident, skilled practitioners who have a strong track record of supporting children with a variety of special educational needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

What we're looking for:

Experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting

Confidence providing 1:1 support and leading small group interventions

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

A nurturing, flexible and proactive approach

Understanding of EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 environments

Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 3, Team Teach) are desirable

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils with SEN to access learning and achieve their targets

Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies

Helping children build confidence, social skills and independence

Creating a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
