Location: Westerham, Kent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 2:30pm (Term Time Only) Contract Type: Part Time About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 classroom-based support for a Year 4 pupil with mobility needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a childs school experience, ensuring they can fully participate in learning and school life. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised support to a Year 4 pupil in a mainstream classroom
Assist with mobility and access around the school
Adapt learning materials and activities to suit the pupils needs
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
Encourage independence, confidence, and participation
About You: Ideally a driver or lives locally with accessible transport
Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable
Able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
