Location: Bristol Position: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Supply Pay Rate: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience and role) Start Date: Immediate starts available
Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Bristol? We are working with a range of welcoming and supportive schools who are seeking dedicated SEN TAs to support pupils with additional needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small-group support to pupils with additional needs Support learning, emotional regulation, and behaviour in the classroom Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times
Requirements:
Previous SEN TA experience in the UK - mandatory Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach
