We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Stafford. This full-time role begins in December 2025 and may become permanent for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support for students with a variety of SEN needs
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, accessible, and well-structured lessons
Adapting materials and strategies to suit individual learning needs
Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive participation from students
Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality support
Were Looking for Someone Who: Is a graduate or soon-to-be graduate (all disciplines considered)
Ideally has experience supporting young people with SEN (training can be provided)
