The Leader Group are working with an esteemed client who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join their team as a Teaching Assistant at an Outstanding Independent SEN School catering to pupils aged 11-18 with Autism and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor, support, and inspire learners through curriculum-based learning in the classroom. Both 1-1 and small group basis. Assist in preparing learning materials and contribute to delivering learning objectives with a strong emphasis on behavioural management. Prepare daily reports on learner's progress and address any barriers to learning.
