Reception SEN Learning Support Assistant

The Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant in L25 to work closely with a child in Year 7. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values empathy, creativity, and resilience.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learning plans

*
Sensory Breaks.

*
Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists

*
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For

*
Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)

*
Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting children

*
Strong communication and teamwork skills

*
Relevant qualifications, NVQ Level 2 desirable but not essential

* Previous experience workiing with children within school or nursery setting.
