Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Excell supply are currently recruiting committed and adaptable individuals to work in a range of supportive primary school settings.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils who require additional support to reach their full potential. Whether you have extensive SEN experience or are looking to develop your skills in this area, we have roles to suit you.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Help manage behaviour in line with school policies

What Were Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine xbpsjku passion for supporting children with additional needs
