SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant , you will help create a warm, nurturing learning environment where every pupil can succeed. Working closely with teachers and support staff throughout Blaenau Gwent , you will assist learners with additional needs to grow in confidence, independence and academic development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-to-one and small-group support for children with SEN/ALN
Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
Assisting class teachers with adapting tasks and activities
Bringing empathy, patience and enthusiasm to each school day
