About the Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

Provide tailored 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with additional needs

Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons and delivering targeted interventions

Offer consistent academic and emotional support to help the child thrive

Record progress and share feedback with the SENCO and teaching team

Full-time role running across the (Apply online only) academic year

Ideal Candidate - SEN Teaching Assistant

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, TA, or in a similar support role

Confident supporting children with a variety of SEN needs

Calm, compassionate, and reliable - essential qualities for effective 1:1 support

Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible attitude

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
