Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs Support communication using methods such as PECS, Makaton, BSL, and AAC Assist with personal care, ensuring dignity and wellbeing at all times Support pupils in swimming sessions and physical development activities Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
