We are seeking a caring, committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting students aged 7-19 with an autism diagnosis. You will be working closely with teaching staff and specialist professionals to support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and build confidence in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with autism

Support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning

Assist with differentiated curriculum delivery across primary and secondary age ranges

Implement behaviour support and sensory strategies as directed

Promote positive behaviour, independence and social skills

Support personal care where required

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff
