We are working with a wonderful SEN school in Hammersmith who are looking for a number of SEN Teaching Assistants from January 2026 to support children with various needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.
Location: Hammersmith, London
Start Date: January 2026
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay Rate: £110-£120 per day (umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support for pupils with SEN needs
* Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
* Support communication and social interaction
* Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to promote pupil progress
About You:
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN
* Ability to manage behaviour and adapt to individual needs
* Passionate about inclusive education
