Role: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Richmond Salay: £500 - £550 per week Contracted hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:00pm) Start date: September 2026

This role involves working closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs. Key Responsibilities
Support students with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assist the class teacher in delivering differentiated learning activities Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation Encourage student independence and confidence About You
