What you’ll be doing Working 1:1 with a pupil to build trust and consistency Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour Following tailored strategies set by the SENCO and wider team Creating a calm, structured learning environment Noticing and celebrating those small but mighty wins What we’re looking for Experience with SEND, in any setting A calm head and a kind approach Someone who listens first and reacts thoughtfully Great communication and a team mindset Thrive trained?
